More code changes

Here is a list of new code changes that should be released soon.

The more it is tested the sooner it will be released.

Changes:
-tons of map changes (server side) to fix weird objectives, spawn points, and other gameplay issues on dday1, 3, inland5, desert campaign and lots of other maps (destroy the train on inland1!)
-servers can add campaigns to maplist like: sv_maplist "dday invade inland doomtown"
-new objectives screen shows what objectives are needed and is displayed when spawning on objective maps (or with 'objectives' bind)
-Parachutes
-lots of changes to flamethrower (will be more powerful)
-lots of weapon animation tweaks
-player gets knocked out of aiming when punched
-medics see wounded players blinking red
-improved menu, more newbie friendly
-new scoreboard for alternate stats (accuracy, +/-) doubleclick the scoreboard bind to use
-health left for destroyable objectives are shown on the screen when the player shoots them
-flags announced on invade1
-capture the civilian mode

and much more!

Don't want to clutter the first page...

Changes for mappers:
-Info_team_start changes:
style "2": Requires the team to get points AND kills to win.
chute "1": All players spawn with parachutes.
delay: team's initial spawn time is delayed at start of map by the amount set in seconds
count: set this to set the number of classes available to be spawned. set -1 to disable the class

-objective_touch:
obj_perm_owner: When set to the team number, team does not gain points when recapping.
style "2": works with obj_perm_owner. team only recaps when they respawn
style "3": team recaps even if other team is still in (as it was in beta 1-2 (for hill fix))

-info_reinforcements_nearest: instead of info_reinforcements_start. Put a bunch of them in your map, the player will first spawn normally (at info_reinforcements_start, on respawns they will spawn at the info_reinforcements_nearest closest to his teammates.

-misc_md2:
style "1": makes model translucent
min & max: set these to give hitboxes to your misc_md2 (try like min "-24 -24 -10" max "24 24 36"

-func_train: can work like an objective. give it the same settings as a func_explosive_objective. can also set deathtarget and style "1" or "2" for animated or fast animated textures.

-spawn_toggle: um, I forget how this works

-misc_airstrike: planes come by and randomly bomb places that it's targeted to variables: wait, delay, random, fire_sound (airstrike/stuke.wav by default), model (models/ships/grmplane/tris.md2 by default).

-misc_civilian: spawns a civilian for civilian mode. set the skin with style 0 1 or 2.
