The r1q2 engine included in the main download actually handles a lot of the hi res textures a bit better. But this one handles the sounds and battle effects really well.

There is only one serious issue I have found with the kmq2 engine I brought up here. For some reason when extended firing of the HMG on either side happens the sound can suddenly go into a loop and then the game hangs up and has to be shut down through windows. As I don't know why and I didn't make the engine I don't know how to address this. I have tried at 16 and 24 bits, and I think it even happened at 8 bits. But man to graphics are cool. The smoke coming out of the flame thrower with the flame is cool, and the people on fire running with smoke pouring off them is interesting.

I still find it odd the basic game engine does have the players drop their weapons when the get flamed as in real life I don't think aiming your weapon while you burned at about 1500 degrees would be a priority to you.
