When I visit here, home page loads fine but then clicking any sub-forum hangs:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I have to come back a few minutes later. This happens everytime I visit.

A bit of a PITA.

yeah, I'm getting it too. I suspect it's something with the forum configuration. I'll try to fix it soon.
