You just need two textures. One links to the second in the "Next Animation Texture" box under Texture Information in Wally. Then apply the animated flag to the button entity and apply the first button texture to it.

You might want to stick some info_player_starts in there to see how big a player is compared to some of the details on the buildings. That door on the left in the 2nd pic looks just a bit too big.
